  • RCS offers Interactive Support via the Internet. Special software allows us to see and control your computer from our office. PLEASE NOTE: You need to call or E-mail RCS Support first so we can expect to control your machine and know what you need help with.

    Reverse VNC

    When you click the Reverse VNC link below, it will ask you to run or save the file RCSsupport.EXE. Select Run and it will automatically initiate a connection to the RCS Support Department in New York.

    Please note that this is not a permanent software installation and that NO changes are made to your computer. Once the remote session has ended the software will automatically close.
